Losing weight isn’t the hard part. Keeping it off is.

You probably already know what you’re “supposed” to eat. The hard part is the day you can’t stick to the plan.

Famorr gives you a meal plan with exact amounts and helps you keep going, without one difficult day turning into another reason to start over.

Which phone do you have?

One email at launch. Nothing else.

  • Exact amounts for your body and your goal
  • Keep going, even after a difficult day
  • No guilt and no miracle promises
The familiar pattern

“I’ll start on Monday.”

You know that promise. And every time, you mean it.

  1. 1You get a plan.
  2. 2You follow it for a while.
  3. 3Then a day comes when something doesn’t go as planned.
  4. 4You fall off track.
  5. 5You decide to start over.

Most plans work as long as you follow them exactly. But life rarely goes exactly to plan.

You eat more than planned. You don’t feel like eating what’s on the menu. A few days pass without logging anything.

And instead of simply continuing, it starts to feel as though you have to start all over again.

Famorr wasn’t built only for the good days. It was built for the day after them, too.

When the plan doesn’t fit your day

Don’t feel like chicken? Swap it.

Choose a different meal and Famorr calculates the right amount for you.

No calculator. No guessing. No abandoning the whole plan because of one meal.

The next day

You don’t start over. You continue from today.

Famorr doesn’t erase what you ate or pretend nothing happened.

It helps you see the full picture and keep going, instead of putting everything off until next Monday.

  • “I ate more than I planned.”

A static plan has no idea what actually happened.

Log the meal and see what you have left for the day. No judgment, no drama. Tomorrow’s plan stays in place.

  • “A few days passed without logging anything.”

The more time passes, the harder it feels to come back.

The coach may notice the gap in your logging and start the conversation. Not to tell you off, but to help you continue from where you are.

  • “I don’t feel like eating what’s on the menu.”

Either you follow it, or you calculate the replacement yourself.

Choose a different meal and get the right amount. You don’t abandon the plan just because you feel like eating something different today.

Measured portions of raw ingredients in separate bowls beside a kitchen scale
Less guessing

Not “a portion of rice.” 80 grams.

Famorr shows you specific amounts based on your measurements, your goal, and your food preferences.

So you don’t spend every meal calculating and wondering whether the amount is right.

  • The menu is built around your measurements and your goal, not a generic template.
  • Allergies and foods you don’t like are excluded before the menu is created.
  • Amounts are shown in grams for the raw ingredient — the way you weigh it at home.
How the amounts are calculated

Your daily calorie target starts with your basal metabolic rate and activity level — using Katch-McArdle when a measured body-fat percentage is available, and Mifflin-St Jeor when it isn’t. Body fat is estimated from your circumference measurements using the U.S. Navy formula. Your target is based on a percentage of your daily energy expenditure rather than an arbitrary number, and it has a lower limit to prevent the plan from dropping to a dangerously low intake.

These are calculations, not a diagnosis. Famorr is not a medical service and does not replace a doctor or dietitian.

Support when you need it

You don’t always have to start the conversation.

The coach doesn’t just wait for questions. Based on certain signals in the information you log, it may notice that something has changed and message you.

Not to monitor or control you. So you aren’t left on your own at the exact point when continuing becomes harder.

  • The coach only sees the information you enter in the app.
  • It is not a doctor, dietitian, or therapist, and it does not diagnose.
  • Any change to your calorie target goes through a server-side safe-range check, not just the model’s judgment.
  • A few days without logging

It may message you before Famorr becomes another app you stop using.

  • Your weight has stopped changing

It may suggest what to check and explain why.

  • You’re losing weight too quickly

It draws your attention to it. Rapid weight loss isn’t always a good sign.

  • Your protein intake keeps falling short

It points you toward foods and amounts that can help you increase it.

What you get

Here’s what it looks like on the inside.

  1. 01

Exact amounts — and a swap button for every ingredient

Every meal comes with exact gram amounts and step-by-step instructions. Don’t feel like eating something? Swap it, and the amounts are recalculated for you.

  2. 02

A coach that can start the conversation

Ask it a question at any time, but it can also notice when something changes. Any calorie adjustment goes through a safe-range check.

A conversation with the Famorr coach, including a confirmed adjustment to the daily calorie target
  3. 03

    Your week, planned in advance

A menu for every day, built around your measurements and your goal. See your daily budget and how much is left.

  4. 04

Take a photo of your fridge and get a recipe

When you don’t want to think about what to cook, the photo does that part for you.

  5. 05

    Training for your level

A program based on the equipment you have, with a short silent demonstration clip for every movement.

  6. 06

    See whether it’s working

Keep your measurements and weight in one place, so you don’t have to wonder whether continuing is worth it.

  • Turn a meal photo into an approximate calorie estimate

For meals outside the plan, take a photo of your plate and get an approximate calorie estimate.

The nutrition plan and training plan are separate. Meal amounts are recalculated when you swap one meal for another. The training plan is a program you receive and follow — it does not automatically rearrange itself from week to week.

The story

I built Famorr because it happened to me.

I’ve paid for meal plans before. I followed them and lost weight. The plans worked.

Then I stopped following them. I went back to eating the way I used to. The weight came back.

Not because the plans were wrong, but because none of them had an answer for the day I went off track.

The sheet of paper simply stayed the same, and I didn’t know how to continue.

Famorr was built for exactly that moment.

Questions

Honest answers.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing resets. Your plan stays in place, and you can continue from today.

After a longer period without logging, the coach may start the conversation — not to tell you off, but to help you come back.

Do I have to log every meal?

No. The more information you log, the more helpful the coach can be, because it only sees what you enter in the app.

You can log meals from your plan, and record anything you eat outside it by photo or manually.

Can I change the foods in the menu?

Yes. Choose a different meal for the same mealtime, and Famorr calculates the right amount so the replacement stays within your plan.

Is Famorr a calorie counter?

It’s more than that. Famorr includes food and calorie tracking, but it starts from a different place: it gives you a menu with exact amounts and a coach that can respond when something changes.

Logging is part of the product, but it isn’t the whole product.

Do I get a training program?

Yes. You get a program based on your level and available equipment, with a short silent demonstration clip for every movement and written instructions.

Is this a medical or nutrition service?

No. Famorr uses established formulas and built-in lower limits to prevent the plan from dropping to a dangerously low intake, but it is not a medical service and does not replace a doctor or dietitian.

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication, talk to a doctor.

How does the free trial work?

The first 7 days are free. Your subscription is managed by the store where you downloaded the app.

Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.

When will I be charged for the first time?

Your first charge will be after the 7-day free trial ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the subscription settings on your phone — in Google Play or the App Store, depending on where you downloaded the app.

Canceling only takes a few taps and does not go through me.

Which phones does it work on?

Famorr is a mobile app for Android and iPhone. Store links will become active at launch.

Which languages is it available in?

Bulgarian, German, and English. The interface is available in all three languages.

You don’t have to wait until next Monday.

One difficult day doesn’t undo everything you’ve achieved so far. You can continue today.

Which phone do you have?
